Days one to three: help, never push
Walk people through the join guide and the tutorials. They should join because they understand ALTRUVA, never because you rushed them.
Before the clock runs out: check
Look at your directs, your tickets and your rank in the app, and keep learning in your WhatsApp group and on Zoom.
